About Project

Maqluba is one of the famous restaurants in Riyadh, all main dishes are based on upside-down food. They recently won the prestigious award for “Best Local Restaurant” in Saudi Arabia, so we are pleased as Silver Foundation to participate in the design and implementation of the restaurant starting from the construction of the ceiling from the metal structure to the final finishes, which include floors, paints, ceilings and wooden stairs, we also made a precise study of the restaurant’s kitchen from where the air conditioning, the withdrawal of odors, and the work of an elevator from the ground floor to the first floor with high specifications​.

Maqluba’s reputation in Riyadh’s culinary scene is due to its quality and novel upside-down food ideas. The recent “Best Local Restaurant” award in Saudi Arabia is evidence of its high caliber, and we at Silver Foundation are proud to deliver such a great project. From the initial concept to the detailed execution, our part in the design, as well as the execution, was extensive. We were in charge of building the unique ceiling for the restaurant, sculpting it from a sturdy metal framework to its final polished finish. Beyond aesthetics, every internal detail was considered, from the floors to the ceilings to the paint job to the addition of beautiful wooden staircases.

We looked closely at the kitchen setup as part of our quest for excellence. Our team designed systems for odor extraction, excellent air conditioning, and a smooth elevator connecting the ground floor to the first floor for an easy and simple transition for customers and employees. These systems are equipped with high standards.The project’s success is a testament to Maqluba and Silver Foundation’s shared dedication to superior performance, raising the bar for high-end eating places in Saudi Arabia.
